The Humane Society of Charlotte believes in working to improve our community by creating new, loving families, and building a world where there are no more homeless and unwanted animals.

CWC is an innovative non-profit organization providing financial capability-building services to Charlotte’s economically-vulnerable families. 

CAF's mission is to identify and address poverty causes by providing programs and services that assist economically disadvantaged citizens with gaining the skills and abilities necessary to achieve self-sufficiency.

The Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation (CRF) educates and advocates to protect the lakes, rivers and streams of the Catawba-Wateree River basin.
